Display capacity line on Releases when looking at Epics board view

What is the challenge?

When viewing the Epics on a board view, a capacity line does not appear even when "Epics" or "Features and epics" are used for the calculation.

What is the impact?

When estimation is done at the epic level, and epics are used to make decisions around room left in a release, the epics board does not give an accurate view into what is over the expected limit.

Describe your idea

While showing a line for "Features and epics" might be tricky, at least if "Epics only" is used, the epics version of the board should display a line above any epics that are above the capacity of the release as it currently stands. Ideally, it would show a line if the release is over capacity in any way.
