One idea link regardless of role

What is the challenge?

Right now there are different links for the same idea for the product team and for the submitters of the ideas, which makes it really hard to have internal conversations (since the submitters can't actually see the links the product team is referencing)

What is the impact?

It means none of the links work when shared across teams

Describe your idea

It would be great if there was one master link that either a.) showed the correct content/ experience based on the user's role, or b.) redirected to the correct final link based on the user's role.

For instance, we have two links:

company.aha.io/ideas/ideas/[id] (this is what the product team can access)

company.ideas.aha.io/ideas/[id] (this is what the submitters can access)

it'd be great if instead there was a single link regardless of role.
