Because promoting to a feature doesn't pull all attachments, it either requires reviewing both the feature and the idea, or re-attaching the attachment to the feature created where attachments are not part of the description. This is risk of missing instructions. |

Hi @Guest When an idea is promoted to a feature, it should copy over all the data and attachments from idea custom fields to custom fields in the feature. You will need to configure the custom fields in ideas and features to having matching API keys. You can learn more here. If this doesn't do what you need, please let me know!
