Users can promote the same idea many times and Aha doesn't track all promoted records

What is the challenge?

After an idea is promoted, the "promote" button is still available on the screen, allowing individuals to promote the same idea many times.

I was expecting once the idea is promoted, we should not allow users to promote the same idea again.

If the users promoted an idea to a feature, but it was supposed to be an epic, users can convert the feature to an epic.

So, it's not clear me why Aha was designed that way.

What is the impact?

Aha doesn't track all promoted records causing duplicate epics/features/initiatives in the system.
