We would like to use Knowledgebase Advanced to track things like User Documentation, FAQs, and Release Notes and make this available publicly. However we need a way to disseminate this information to our users who have want to be updated. |

We would like a public user to be able to subscribe as a "public" watcher and be added to the notification list when a internal user publishes and change or new article to the Knowledgebase portal. This would allow them to receive notifications relevant to this article. |
