Better align default progress settings to support ideal settings for workspaces and lines

What is the challenge?

It is best to have consistent progress roll-up settings across your account to support company-wide reporting. If you report initiatives across many levels of hierarchy, you will also need different progress settings in workspace lines vs workspaces. This is because WL goals and initiatives should calculate progress from child goals and initiatives, and W goals and initiatives should calculate from other child records.

The best way to set this up is to set the company line progress settings to be the workspace line settings, and use a workspace template to standardize workspace settings. This is not intuitive to set up correctly because the setting has to be set in 2 different places. And it restricts non-E+ users to a very manual process to maintain.
