Be able to create our own sprint periods for Gantt views

What is the challenge?

Some of the Gantt views I create are to plan and communicate Development phases. Since this phase is directly aligned with our sprints - it would be very helpful to view these periods in the Gantt to show how they align with our sprints. Today this requires constant swivel chair to a calendar.

What is the impact?

Everyone viewing these Gantts could easily see how they relate to our sprint periods resulting in greater adoption of Aha views.

Describe your idea

Have a form where user defined calendar periods could be created. Such as: Description: '2025.01'; 12/13/2024 - 01/03/2025. The '2025.01' label would display where Quarter/Week/Month labels show today with light vertical lines for each period. MVP could prevent any overlaps within a workspace as well as only have that workspace's custom periods as an option.
