Allow search related to not be exact search only

What is the challenge?

I don't always know the EXACT word string of the name of the related item

What is the impact?

I have to leave my workflow, go find the exact name of the related item (like an Idea I am trying to link to Research) and then return to the Epic/Story etc I want to link it to and re-search using the exact name.

Describe your idea

If I am trying to like the Idea 'Parents: Share sentiment' allow me to search for 'Sentiment' or 'Parents Share' and show this in the results. Currently, I have to search the EXACT name including the colon or it's not found.
