Field change timestamps via API

What is the challenge?

We are tracking our PMs for adherence to ideas review but have run into issues being able to discern when they are reviewing items based on the available timestamps

What is the impact?

The inability to track changes does not allow us to get a view into adherence to the new review process.

Describe your idea

Provide a timestamp for any field value change via the API. As an example, if an assignee changes we would like an entry that shows what it changed from, what it changed to, and the timestamp of when it was changed. It would be useful to have this for all fields but specifically the assignee, status, and admin message fields.
