Add option in custom reports and roadmaps for row text

What is the challenge?

Currently the options for customizing report and roadmap styles can be confusing. The row text color is actually driven by the column header text color which isn't intuitive.

How would you solve it?

Add another option for row text color. It would be good to have fields like status which have a separate color background to not be affected by the color change so that the text there is always in contrast with the respective status color.

What impact would it make?
