What is the challenge? |
Within the same product, certain roles (like an admin) have access to do things that other roles cannot. It would be helpful to only show KB content applicable to that individual without creating multiple KBs. |
How would you solve it? |
Allow for sharing notes in a KB based on a user's role and organization. |
What impact would it make? |
Customers will only access content relevant to them, and those managing the KB will have less separate KBs to maintain. |
