Dateless Now Next Later roadmaps Merged

Who would benefit?

PMs seeking to adopt the full spirit of the Now Next Later roadmap.

What impact would it make?

It would make the current Now Next Later roadmaps usable.

How should it work?

Allow configuration of Now Next Later columns based on Feature "Status" rather than Release "Date".

A true Now Next Later roadmap should not be based on date horizons, but rather

• Now should be what is being actively worked on.

• Next should be work that is being planned or scoped to work on when Now items are completed.

• Later should be work that is under consideration but has not had enough investment to warrant any level of commitment that it will even be explored.
