What impact would it make?

When changing access to a workspace (in particular when users have access to a whole line and need to be restricted to only some of the line) it would make it possible from one page rather than having to work across several tabs.

How should it work?

In the user view for a workspace, Account admins should be able to click on the user name and bring up the full edit user dialog as in the account user management settings. Right now I have a workspace with too many users as contributors and I need to restrict them to view access on a line and then give more limited contributor access. I'm having to do this in two windows with one list of who has contributor access and another window in the account user access so I can restrict access to the whole line but give contributor access to the sub-lines/workspaces as needed.
