Allow automations for custom tables based on another custom table

Who would benefit?

Aha! users who have expanded their capabilities through multiple custom tables. Today, when custom tables reference each other, you need to update them on both sides. This drives no-value-add manual work and is ripe for inaccurate tables.

What impact would it make?

It would lower the manual update burden on Product Managers, as well as lower the chance for records to be inaccurate.

How should it work?

Ideally, if I update custom table B's custom field in custom table A, custom table B should show up in the custom table A's custom field as well.

If that can't be done, then allow me to automate changing one custom table custom field based on another custom table custom field.
