Lock step row/header in User Story Mappings when scrolling Merged

What impact would it make?

Users won't have to keep scrolling all the way up on a user story map when it is bigger than a single screen vertically to make sure they are putting story in right area

How should it work?

When a user scrolls down/vertically on the user story map the first two rows (Steps, Epics) should lock/remain on the screen. Currently, only the Epics stay and you can't see the Steps.
