Comments on the blocked note-document

Overall communication convenience and logic.

What impact would it make?

By blocking the specific note, I usually show my colleagues, that this version is ready for their review. Also, I want to protect the document during the time I don't work with it, but I want the comments to be allowed at the same time to collect the feedback.

How should it work?

When I block the document from editing, comments should work "as usual".
