Access your custom layouts to configure the Related tab for a record - be able to do this for linked records

What impact would it make?

Easily be able to access linked record information from within the parent record such as engineering phase and engineering target date (custom fields.)

How should it work?

Enable the ability to customize the related tab to pull in linked record information like it allows for related records. The fields do not have to be ones controlled by workflow but fields with dates or custom field information.

It would be really useful to be able to add columns to the grids on the Related tab, for example right now, within an Initiative, I want to see what Epic each Feature is in, so I can easily identify features without epics or linked to an epic that is not linked to the Initiative.

This would be really helpful on the related tab - certain information being quickly visible on that view would save time clicking in and out of records.
