Will reduce the duplication of ideas by pulling up the most meaningful ideas relevant to the users entered data. |
How should it work? |
Anytime a user is searching for an idea within the ideas portal or adding a new idea, the application should recommend ideas based on the idea title, description, Admin Response and then comments (prioritized in a hierarchy in that order). This way, if the original user submission is retained, but the product team create a response with alternate terminology that matches the product, a future search would find that idea and further prevent idea duplication. |
