Using the rolling time frame with a start date causes any initiative before today's date to fall off the Now, Next, Later report. So, the initiative could still be in flight and should be categorized as a 'Now' initiative, but it won't show. The functionality doesn't make sense, given I can also filter by the Initiative disposition (Any, Active, Archived).
