Ability to Configure Default View (Drawer / Details) for Records

What impact would it make?

Provide consistent and optionable record viewing experience to users.

How should it work?

Provide the Drawer and Details view options in personal setting per user preference on viewing records on the boards and with the URL link.

Current Behavior:

• When users click on a record from the board, the prioritization view, or the workflow, it opens up the record in the Drawer view on the right side of the screen.

• When users save the URL link of a record (shift + L), it opens up in the Details view by clicking the link.
