Who would benefit? |
Aha admins and workspace owners who would like to get user access information from the users csv export file. |
What impact would it make? |
|
How should it work? |
We heard back from Aha that there's no defined sort order for those exported workspaces. |
Not only would it be good to know who has viewer access, but Reviewer as well.
We are trying to get a listing of names that have 'viewer' access to our workspace in Aha! but we are getting error messages when importing into a Google sheet due to the size - we are a Google shop and do not have access to Excel. I thought that the filter for Workspace would limit the listing to the individuals that have access to the WS workspace but that includes anyone with EFX viewer since they can see that workspace. Is there any way to add a filter for the 'Permissions' so that I only see those with permissions to Workforce Solutions? Would also be great to limit the report's columns because that is also a reason the report is so large. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
This is so important. For an organization with over 500 workspaces, the current export breaks most 3rd party software column limits. It is extremely frustrating.
I would add to this also the ability for this to be automated, such as reports can be. (i.e. a daily/weekly/monthly CSV sent to an email).
