As an admin, I want to filter out ideas with a specific status from the search ideas through SalesForce integration. This will make it easier for the field to search and select the correct idea. |
Hi @Guest, thanks for reaching out! When a Salesforce user searches for an idea to link, that list of ideas should automatically filter out ideas in the shipped status. This is controlled in the configuration of the status workflow in Aha! account settings. Any status that is assigned the Shipped category should be hidden automatically.
If that is not working for you, could you describe more where your field teams are seeing the shipped ideas?
