How should it work?

When converting a note in Whiteboard to a workitem (Epic, Feature, Idea, etc), I want it to change its appearance to be the same as imported workitems, instead of the small link icon (lower right) currently appearing in the note. Example, see attached screenshot.

    Thanks for sharing this idea! We just recently added an option to change how these converted records display. You can now open the Shape type menu in the object's toolbar, and switch it to the record card shape to display additional details about your new record. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

    Hi @Guest, if you click the Shape icon in that toolbar (second icon from the left), you should see a menu with the new record card option. Please give that a try and let us know if you still do not see it, so our team can investigate!

    Sorry, don't seem to have that option available to me compaired to what is shown in Admin response. Please see attached screenshot.

    Any tips on how to activate or what am I doing wrong here?
