Allow updating child initiatives based on parent initiative fields in automations

Those using roll-up initiatives to manage strategic work.

What impact would it make?

After updating a parent initiative, this would allow users to quickly have child initiatives update with relevant info without having to go through each one manually.

How should it work?

Automations are already available in the other direction (updating a parent initiative when a field on a child initiative is updated), as well as for other children of initiatives (such as releases, epics, etc), so this should work the same way.
