Track and make available the history of knowledgebase searches a user preforms

Very helpful in terms of assisting overall learning. Could easily find things that didn't make sense the first time discovered or that retrospectively seem more relevant than expected.

How should it work?

A logged in user would have all knowledgebase searches tracked. Add a way to view the history, including the articles viewed and date viewed, so a user can easily browse backward to find relevant articles.
