Display user company when adding new ideas or comments to Ideas Portal

When a user adds a new idea or comments in the ideas portal, it would be beneficial if the user's company would also be displayed. This is especially useful for smaller businesses with a more concentrated market. Some companies are larger or smaller than others, so being able to see what company is replying or adding a new idea would help the other users by identifying if the response would work for them. A simple solution to this would be to add custom fields to user names.
