Inherit table formatting when adding new rows or columns

Who would benefit?

All users using tables in notes and note-type fields.

What impact would it make?

Increased efficiency in adding content to tables.

How should it work?

When a new row or column is inserted into the table, it should inherit the formatting of the selected "neighbor"- background color, text formatting, etc.
