Tasks Assigned To field auto populate when User Story is Assigned

What impact would it make?

High - this would save a great deal of time since we use user story templates that have several default tasks that currently have to be changed manually.

How should it work?

When a user story and copied or created all of the associated task's assigned to field will auto update to match the name of the assigned to on the user story.
