How should it work?

When a change is made to the contents of a whiteboard where a user has been added as a watcher, the user should receive a notification advising them that a change has been made and what the change is.

This will be useful from a project planning perspective where we use the whiteboards to plan out diff aspects of a project and the rest of the watchers are notified when changes are made.
