How should it work?

I have a long list of unstructured personal documents, many with just a date as a title.

I'd like to have the system automatically rename and organize the documents into a folder structure for me in a logical way. This seems like a good use case for AI to scan through the document, make sense of the content to summarize into a document name, and organize the set of documents based on the content.
