Allow the Feature Name column in a capacity report to be re-sizeable

The clarity provided within a capacity report would be greatly enhanced

How should it work?

Some Features have the same prefix that is large with the last part of the Feature Name indicating the specific Feature. It should be possible to position the cursor over the boundary column header to adjust it's size
