Allow filtering of webhook events by custom fields

Anyone using webhooks and custom fields

What impact would it make?

It would allow directed webhook events

How should it work?

I can currently filter webhook send events via selected activities on the standard set of fields. It would be useful to be able to select custom fields to filter on so we can reduce the number of events sent.
