Allow different configurations for different Feature Types Merged

Anyone using multiple feature types.

What impact would it make?

More flexibility in the setup and use of custom layouts.

How should it work?

When configuring a custom layout, allow the layout to be applied to a specific Feature Type. We use the Type of Bug, and would like to have a different field/layout configuration for those than a New feature.
