Embed videos and images in an Empathy Session

Allow PM's to explain answers to questions for empathy session participants or record demo videos for design feedback with additional context.

How should it work?

Simply allow an image or video to be embedded directly into the chat (so that the user doesn't have to download it). Could even be as simple for videos as add a youtube/vimeo link and it shows up as playable like it does in a text message on your phone.
