Add popup before removing user from portal

Prevent accidental deletion and be an opportunity to provide a description of what will happen

How should it work?

When the admin selects to remove the user from the portal there is no confirmation popup which makes it very easy to accidentally take this action. Also, it could be a good opportunity to provide a description of what that action does. When you select to delete a user from the portal their is a confirmation popup explaining the action.
