Limited layout functionality on capacity team record

Who would benefit?

Users who would like to add custom fields to the account settings > capacity planning > teams view

What impact would it make?

Ability to add custom tabs and add rows to a custom table

How should it work?

When editing the layout users should see the option to add a custom tab (they do not today).

When adding a custom table field (one to many) the field can be created but there is no option to add rows to the table. If custom tables should not be an option on a teams layout we should not display the ability to add the field.
