Add "View in report" to the lists in the new Release Progress Retrospective Merged

What impact would it make?

It would allow the user to view the items in the list in a report so that they can add additional information columns such Feature Story Points, linked Epics, etc

How should it work?

Just like when viewing a release and looking at the Related Tab, there is a list of Epics and a List of Features. At the bottom of the list is the option to "view in report"
