need a save and undo button Merged

Who would benefit?

allow save for work and so one does not lose changes and do undo for accidental typos that is basic functionality

What impact would it make?

you dont want to save things you accidentally deleted and also ensure that option of auto save and save is available to user similar to word; undo is helpful to undo last some changes similar to other word processing tools

How should it work?

have option to save in description or any typing in AHA

for example i accidentally delete a title for a ticket and it was gone there was no way to get it unless i contacted admin.. but it was not in recycle bin as well .. .also simialr formatting option to MS word will help in description box of ticket

also it will be good to just changes in history and by whom for each line like tracking to show who chnaged/added a line and when auto save , save and undo are basic options ( model same as mS word)
