Allow options for ascending/descending sort on Notebook Folder children.

Currently when using the "Sort Children by" option in the right-click context menu of Notebook Folders it defaults to ascending. I'd like to see the option to choose ascending or descending sort so that I can put the newest notes or whiteboards on top.
