Allow multiple Idea categories to be selected from Salesforce Merged

Right now, it appears that when a new Idea is created from the Salesforce integration, each Idea can only select one category to apply to the Idea. This is not ideal as many of our ideas may fall under multiple categories - our categories are not mutually exclusive. Creating ideas in Aha directly does not have this issue, and it would be nice if the Ideas created via Salesforce could support this as well.
