Allow filtering on Prioritization View Merged

The prioritization view is great. Love that we can add columns to the ranking pane. While we can filter unranked items it does not appear that we can filter the ranking pane. This would be very useful for us, allowing us to filter on certain fields tags, especially if those should be scored or prioritized first.
