Create Goal or Initiative from + Create icon in upper-right Merged

In the upper right-hand corner of Aha!, the "+" icon allows you to quickly add various record types such as workspaces, features, etc.

There currently aren't options for adding goals or initiatives.

This would be useful so you can quickly add a goal or initiative when reviewing a report without having to leave that report or open a new tab.
