Automatic deleting features/stories via the integration if these have been deleted in VSTS Merged

If a record in VSTS is deleted the integration doesn't delete the record in AHA!. Result is that you have records in AHA! with integration paths that no longer exist anymore. These records have to be removed manually from AHA! which is time consuming.
