Relates to functionality is terrible
When trying to relate two cards, the search functionality is embarrassingly bad.
If I know the prefix of the card to be related, I should be able to put that in as a search term. Instead, it appears to only be searching on card titles.....so I can paste in <Category>-<number> and will not get any results but if I start to type the card's title it comes up.
In general, the aha teams space has been a mess of bugs and poor UX.

Hi Amanda, by prefix, are you referring to the record's reference number? You should be able to type in the record reference number after choosing the record type in the dropdown.
