Remove hardcode of 'Plans' for Project Workspace Type

It seems that the project workspace type has hardcoded "plans" in the navigation so users are unable to customize it like they'd expect. This workspace type uses Schedules (default Releases) and Plans (what shows in the navigation) which is confusing.
