Clicking on Dashboard Charts Launches a report

As a product manager, I want to be able to build a dashboard that contains a chart tile, and then when I click on a particular dataseries in the chart, Aha presents a report containing the details.

For example, in the image attached, if I click on the red bar that I've circled in blue, I want to see a report of all the features in PI-44 that have '0 - contractual' as their priority.
