Tags on Phases

Is there any plan to add the ability to setup Tags on Phases/Milestones? We currently have to use generic names across our different workstreams to report off phases and milestones, which leads to a lot of unnecessary questions. If we could tag phases, then those reports could be generated and the phase titles could make sense for each individual release.
