There are a few ways to add existing Aha! records into a whiteboard today:
To add a single record to a whiteboard, copy the URL of the feature, epic, release, initiative, or goal, and paste it into the whiteboard.
Or, to add many records at once, you can export views (including List reports) to a whiteboard. From your report, go to Export > Add to whiteboard as shapes.
