We are looking to share a roadmap with external stakeholders from Aha. However, we want to control which external users can access in the case if an employee leaves on of our clients, we do not want them to retain access of our roadmap.
Today, the only option to share externally is to anyone with the URL, and you can password protect, but it's just a singular password, so that link can be forwarded to anyone and the password shared, which does not make it secure.
Thank you for your idea. There are currently multiple levels of security that can be configured for shared presentations:
Available to anyone
Available to Aha! users only
Password protected
Via password set on the presentation (as noted in this idea)
Via SSO
The SSO option is recommended for use cases like this one. You can find more details on how to set this up here.
Thank you for the reply. Can you please explain how I would enable a non-account user (an external user) to sign into a presentation using SSO? The article linked does not explain that. Would we self-manage external (non-Aha users) on their access?
