Recover deleted Aha! Notes in the recycle bin

The Recycle bin is helpful to recover deleted records (e.g. strategy records, releases, features). It would be helpful to have the option to recover deleted Notes as well.

    Users with Administrator permissions can now restore deleted notes and whiteboard from Settings > Account > Recycle Bin, instead of contacting Aha! support.
